Fresh Clothes is a mobile laundry delivery service. This means we service our customers by picking up their dirty laundry and returning their bin with clean clothes. The whole process is really simple.
Firstly, you can go to laundry.freshclothes.app and sign up for the laundry service by entering your name and address. Our app will recognize whether you are on a laundry route. Our team will notify you of next steps using our SMS Messaging Service.
Secondly, a team member will work with you to schedule a drop off date. One of our employees will deliver a Fresh Clothes laundry bin right to your door! When laundry day rolls around, just fill your laundry bin or bins with your clothes and place the bin or bins outside of your front door for us to come pick up. We will complete our route and come and pick up your laundry bin or bins. We will take it back to our laundromat to wash, dry, and fold your clothes. All you have to do is wait. Your bin to be delivered back to your house full of your fresh and clean clothes.
Lastly, Folded clothes are returned to the laundry bin and put into our laundry delivery service van. We then come and return your laundry all fresh and clean within 24 hours! When you receive your bin, your clothes will be separated by pieces of brown paper to separate items of clothing by family member. Our whole process is contact-free, so you do not need to be home when we pick up or deliver your bin back to you.
