Who is an ideal Fresh Clothes Franchisee?

Fresh Clothes Mobile Laundry™ is a business that will allow you to connect with your local community across commercial and residential customers.
Can you give me a breakdown of all the expenses associated with starting?
We estimate the initial investment to open a single location Fresh Clothes Mobile Laundry™ franchise to be between $223,543 to $486,401 depending on the size of the location, number of laundry machines, and the condition of the space. The initial franchise fee is $35,000 and the continuing royalty is 5% of your sales. We do not have a compulsory brand fund contribution at this time.
What does your training program look like? What ongoing training do you offer?
We have a thorough training and support program that is fully documented, using a nice mix of written and recorded (video) content. After signing the franchisee agreement, we will invite you to Boise Idaho for a week of in person training to learn – and practice using- all systems and technology.
After the onsite training, we will introduce you to our onboarding manager who will facilitate access to our real estate team, our legal and planning team, and our marketing team for grand opening preparation.
Subsequent remote trainings can be given to help make sure you and your team are trained in the systems and software from day one.
We then provide grand opening support for all franchisees along with 12 months of continued marketing support to make sure you meet revenue goals.
What does Fresh Clothes provide Franchisees?
We provide a turn-key program with fully designed prototypical drawings, a learning management system to train your teams and keep them current, generous territories with a marketing playbook to build your customer base, and a mobile laundry concept with a streamlined customer experience and leading program offerings.
What are the minimum financial requirements?
For our single-location franchise you’ll need $100,000 liquid and a net worth of $500,000. While we don’t offer financing, we have a vendor partner ready to work with you to support your financing needs.
What are the strengths of the Fresh Clothes Franchise system?
Fresh Clothes is a strong brand among mobile laundry services because of the building blocks of the business. You are not signing up for a job you’ll have to attend to 7 days a week as you might a self service laundry facility. You won’t have to gamble on a huge facility that fits 40 washers and 40 dryers just because that’s the brand template. Because Fresh Clothes Businesses do not allow for self service, you can organize your pick up and drop off routes by day to serve certain geographies in your area on specific days, and you can scale your machine mix as volume demands.. This flexibility allows you to make the schedule and capital requirements work for situation. Your control of scheduling will help you find and retain staff.
